Lisa Prefontaine, LMHC
Lisa Prefontaine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working in the Mental Health field for over 22 years. After working for 13 years at a local Behavioral Health Agency, the last 5 years as Clinical Director of Mental Health Services, Lisa is currently in full time private practice. She does individual therapy with adolescents and adults, as well as consultation for private practitioners and EMDR trained therapists, and is a trainer on various clinical topics. Lisa is an EMDRIA approved therapist, consultant, and trainer; IFS Level 2 trained, DBT intensively trained, and Level 1 trained for Brainspotting and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
