Patrick Welch, PhD, Sgt. USMC (Ret)

Patrick Welch, PhD, Sgt. USMC (Ret) is the Director of the Center for Veterans and Veteran Family Services at Daemen College in Buffalo, New York, where he also serves as an adjunct professor in their School of Social Work. Awarded a Purple Heart for combat service in Vietnam, and former Director of the Erie County Veterans Service Agency, Dr. Welch has made it his mission to ensure that veterans receive all benefits which they have earned. Dr. Welch has years of experience in both the public and private sector and is uniquely knowledgeable about the many programs available to veterans and their families.
