Gina Paigen


Gina Paigen, PCC, CPCC, CNTC, is a professional coach, consultant, strategist, and facilitator; passionate about guiding individuals, teams, and organizations to a deeper sense of purpose, and to higher levels of creativity, engagement, and inspired action.

She brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience in diversity, equity and inclusion work, culture building, executive coaching, leadership, mindfulness, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, neuroscience, creative studies, and the arts.

Gina works with her clients to maximize their talent and create dynamic and inclusive culture that deliver a healthy ROI. Her initiatives are oriented around the real-world experiences of her clients and are directly linked to their performance objectives and desired outcomes.

Gina's experience with a wide range of clients, from Ugandan humanitarian aid workers and Iraqi immigrants to World Bank executives, has given her a true appreciation for the value diversity can bring to an organization, and as part of her commitment to multicultural work, she had the honor of designing and facilitating the "Blue Sky" project, bringing Israeli and Palestinian women together in dialogue.

Gina is also part of a diverse, interdisciplinary team that developed and delivers Anti-Racism and Social Justice training to coaches, consultants, and humanitarian aid workers across the globe, and she currently serves as a faculty member and trainer at the Animas Center for Coaching, based on the UK.

Gina's has worked across industries, in for-profit and non-profit, and from high-tech, biotech and academia, to agriculture and construction. Gina’s list of credits includes Eli Lilly, Peloton, Allegiant Airlines, The Jackson Lab, The World Bank, The Royal Bank of Canada, UNICEF, UNHCR, USAID, The United Way, One Acre Fund, Plato’s Closet, and The Creative Problem-Solving Institute (CPSI).

Gina holds three professional ICF accredited coaching certifications, including one in neuroscience and coaching. She is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile™, FourSight, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and she has trained in the field of creative studies. Gina is a dynamic presenter, a TEDx speaker, and she has been published in The Huffington Post.
