Recorded webinar.
Description: As New York State makes the shift to value-based payment, new formations and methods of leveraging data are essential for behavioral health providers and organizations. Integrity Partners for Behavioral Health (IPBH) is a Behavioral Healthcare Collaborative (BHCC) and Independent Practice Association (IPA) developed in the context of this shifting terrain to improve outcomes for individuals in rural communities across 14 counties. In 2020, IPBH and the University at Buffalo began a partnership, the Behavioral Health Data Analytics Collaborative, to develop a data warehouse to harness organizational and electronic health record data for continuous quality improvement and the enhancement of mental health and addictions practice and services. During this session, participants will learn about the IPA and its crucial role regarding value-based payment. Additionally, we’ll discuss the academic-community partnership, including the benefits and uses of a data warehouse for clinicians and organizational leaders. Participants will leave with resources and information to stay connected to the Behavioral Health Data Analytics Collaborative as it enters its next stages.
