This will allow your license number to populate on your certificate. New York State requires license numbers to be listed on all certificates in the event of an audit. You can return to your account at any time and add your license number by editing your profile. 


Please be sure to complete all jurisdiction fields if your jurisdiction requires that you include this information on your certificate. 

Please select the state you are licensed in. This will appear on your certificate next to your license number.
