This is the third session in The Wellness Project: Using the Breath in Stress Management
Living in uncertain times, whether during a personal episode or part of a global pandemic, produces a lot of stress. This module will look at stress as existing on a continuum and its relationship with other physical, behavioral and mental health challenges. We will take a deep dive into the mechanics of the body to discover the impact of stress on our physical, emotional, mental, and potentially spiritual health.
