Creating a Wellness Plan That Works for You


This is the sixth session in The Wellness Project: Using the Breath in Stress Management

In this final module we will bring everything together to help you create a sustainable plan to help manage stress and improve overall wellness. We will touch on how you can be part of reducing the stigma of mental health for yourself, your colleagues, and your community. We will also address what to do if your wellness plan is not working and the additional resources available to facilitate success.

Objectives:

  1. Construct a wellness plan encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and if applicable, spiritual health based on assessing the 8 domains from session 1.
  2. Identify areas to enhance or establish personal wellness practices
  3. Experiment with various stress management breathing techniques
  4. Identify additional resources to utilize when symptoms of mental health persist.
