What does wellness encompass?


This is the first session in The Wellness Project: Using the Breath in Stress Management

In this introductory session we will explore what wellness really is and how it differs from the commonly advanced notion of wellness. We will explore the different domains of wellness and how the concept of wellness has changed over time. Participants will have the opportunity to begin developing a wellness plan that you can continue working on as you progress through the sessions.

  1. Conceptualize Wellness
  2. Identify and describe the domains of Wellness
  3. Recognize how contemporary Wellness has evolved
  4. Initiate a personal Wellness plan
