Our world is changing rapidly and we have had to adapt. In these uncertain times, it is normal for worry and anxiety to surface but it may be surprising how they have shown up for you and your clients. Some people have been able to take many risks while others have not left their house. Some have enjoyed the slower pace of quarantine only to experience panic upon reentry. Join Kimberly Morrow, LCSW for a dynamic conversation about how to live fully in these uncertain times. You will discover two things anxiety is afraid of as well as practice simple skills to calm an anxious mind. You will also learn how to take your client from their fear zone to their growth zone.

With 30 years of experience, Kimberly Morrow specializes in helping her clients live well with anxiety, provides workshops for Pesi, Inc, and is co-owner of AnxietyTraining.com, providing online training and consultation to therapists. Kimberly is a graduate of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation's Behavior Therapy Institute and a board member of OCD Pennsylvania. Additionally, Kimberly is an active member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, serving on many committees. She is the 2012 recipient of the Clinician Outreach Award and the 2015 Member of Distinction Award from the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. She is the author of Face It and Feel It: 10 Simple but Not Easy Ways to Live Well with Anxiety (2011) and the co-author of CBT for Anxiety: A Step-By-Step Training Manual for the Treatment of Fear, Panic, Worry and OCD.
